After the disappointment of missing out on seeing her daughter on Wednesday, there was a better day in store for Charlie Brooks on Thursday's edition of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.. The EastEnders actress was delighted to 'win' a phone call to her little girl Kiki after a darts game played by her camp.Clearly overjoyed, Charlie thanked her team-mates for letting her take the one phone call which was granted to all four of them. During the match, 21 treats were up for grabs, two of which were phone calls to friends or family.

The celebs had to fire a dart to a number picked out of a bag and they won whatever treat corresponded to the figure written on a board. The team scooped both two-minute phone calls and decided they should be combined to make one four-minute call. Darts star Eric Bristow suggested it should go to Charlie, and the rest of the team agreed. "That would be amazing guys, thank you," she told them. Kiki was so excited to hear from her mum, she screamed down the phone. The little girl told her: "I miss you mummy, you are doing really well, you have lost a lot of weight, I’ve been watching and I can't tell you how proud I am of you." Charlie told her: "I love you, you are the best, I can't wait for snuggles and I'm going to snuggle you so much." Kiki replied: "You are the best mummy, you will win it now, I want to be the princess of the jungle! I love you!" Elsewhere on the show, Eric admitted he was disappointed not to make the final after becoming the latest contestant to be voted out of the jungle.

The former world champion left camp following 20 days in the Australian wilderness and said he would have liked to have a go at one last challenge.

Asked by hosts Ant and Dec how he felt about departing the jungle, Eric said: "I had a great time but I would have liked to make the last three. I would have liked to have a go at (eating) the grubs for my kids." Boxer David Haye, former Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts and actress Charlie will now battle it out for the reality series crown as the three remaining campmates left in the jungle. Asked about his teasing of fellow celebrities during his time on the show, Eric, who tipped David to win, said: "I tell the truth whether it hurts or not. I tried to create a bit of atmosphere in the camp." The sportsman, nicknamed The Crafty Cockney, was greeted by his son following his interview with the Geordie hosts, with the pair embracing each other as they posed for the awaiting press pack. Earlier in the show, man mountain David was knocked to the floor by blasts of water, wind and flying balls in the Celebrity Cyclone task. The heavyweight boxer was joined by his fellow campmates as they fought to win food in the energetic trial. And despite hitting the deck on numerous occasions, the contestants managed to secure an impressive four meals in six minutes.
