Malaysian-born Sophie, says she has the ability to "think outside the box" and says she is a very creative individual. At the age of 19, she began running her own restaurant, whilst still studying as a student. She is passionate about food but says she is not so good at mental arithmetic.
She says: "I don’t have a multi-million pound business, but what I do have is raw talent, the drive and the competitive streak.
