Kate Winslet: 'my children don't go from pillar to post...they live with me'

Pregnant Kate Winslet has revealed that her two children live with her full time. "They've always been with me," the mother-of-two revealed. "They don't go from pillar to post; they're not flown here and there with nannies. That's never happened. "My kids don't go back and forth; none of this 50/50 time with the mums and dads – my children live with me; that is it. That is it!" 

The Oscar-winning actress, who is expecting her first baby with husband Ned RocknRoll before the end of the year, gave US Vogue the insight into her family life. "People go, 'Oh, my God! Those poor children! They must have gone through so much.' Says who?," she added.The 38-year-old insisted her children 13-year-old Mia and Joe, nine, have good relationships with their fathers.For the breathtaking Vogue shoot by Mario Testino, the Revolutionary Road star sizzles in an array of sophisticated outfits while showing off her baby bump.

Kate has been wowing fans with her recent red carpet appearances. Earlier this week she stepped out in a stunning scarlet Jenny Packham number for the London premiere of her new film Labor Day.When asked if she's had any cravings, the heavily pregnant actress said, "I haven't had many cravings. I've been wanting to drink a lot of orange juice but I don't know if that is part of it. "I wish I could be like that woman from the advert with tuna fish and banana but I wasn't like that at all!" she quipped.When asked whether she would take a long maternity leave, she replied, "Err... Ask me that on a different red carpet, I've got pregnancy brain!"In her latest film, the Oscar winner plays Adele Wheeler, a depressed single mother who with her son takes in a convict – played by Josh Brolin – during the US holiday weekend.But she is more concerned with her baby than the possibility of winning an Academy Award for the role. "It hasn't even crossed my mind, I'm so absorbed in baby," she admitted. "Awards season is always a huge amount of fun whether you're a part of it or not. It's always really exciting seeing what films are coming and a lot of new talent as well."
