After an agonising 45-minute wait as her fellow riders completed their runs, it was finally confirmed that Jenny was an Olympic medallist. Giggling at the realisation she had made British sporting history, the down-to-earth Bristolian said, "I can't believe it. I can't believe I am the only athlete to win a medal on snow. It's ridiculous – me, just Jenny from Bristol. "Now an overnight sensation, Jenny has in fact been a trailblazer in her sport for more than a decade. She is a three-time X Games slopestyle gold medallist, and former silver medallist, and she finished sixth at last year's World Championships.
