David Beckham was among the stars who took to Instagram on Tuesday in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Victoria, meanwhile, also turned to social media to showcase an adorable Valentine's Day card she had received from her daughter. The proud mum, 42, shared a photo of the front of the card - which featured pink love heart flowers and a red ribbon - as well as the handwritten message inside. "I love you mummy," it read. "Happy Valentine's Day. Will you be my Valentine? Love Harper."

David and Victoria's Valentine's Day posts come days after the family stepped out in force to support Victoria at her highly-anticipated New York Fashion Week show. Earlier on Sunday, David had shared a selfie from the Natural History Museum, showing him posing with their four children. He captioned the snapshot: "Nice day in NYC & a great few hours at the Natural History Museum. Keeping the littlest ones busy whilst mum works on the collection."

It's been a difficult few weeks for the Beckhams, following David's 'email scandal'. The former footballer was alleged to have expressed his frustration at not receiving a knighthood in 2013, and shared his irritation that other celebrities had received honours, in emails leaked to the press. There were also financial details of his work with children's charity UNICEF, of which he is an ambassador. Shortly after the reports emerged, the father-of-four addressed the situation, claiming the emails were "doctored." His spokesperson released a statement to HELLO!, saying: "This story is based on outdated material taken out of context from hacked and doctored private emails from a third party server and gives a deliberately inaccurate picture. David Beckham and UNICEF have had a powerful partnership in support of children for over 15 years."
