This week is all about chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. October 13-20 has been designated Chocolate Week, meaning we can all indulge to our hearts' content without feeling the slightest bit guilty.
Thrilled to be jumping on such a seductive bandwagon we've got lots of fabulous recipes – many from top chefs – are focusing on the historically fascinating South American bean in the ingredient of the week slot and turning our thoughts to the chocolate greats, from firm family favourites to ultra-luxurious options for serious cocoa-nuts.
