The head chef at Chelsea’s Papillon restaurant will come and cook a traditional stylish French meal for the highest bidder at their home anywhere in the UK, with all proceeds going to help children with leukaemia. Highlights from the festive menu include foie gras terrine and truffle-stuffed poulet de bresse.
With work commitments at Papillon over Christmas keeping him from his family in France, the big-hearted chef decided to make the most of the situation to help raise funds for a cause especially close to his heart. "Seven years ago I lost my three-year-old nephew to cancer,” he explains, adding: "I hope to raise a lot of money."
