So many of us buy herbs in those little packets from the supermarket. How is it they always seem too much to use in one go? One always ends up with little bits of parsley, coriander, thyme or oregano left over that tend to get shoved back in the fridge in their packets. Then, when you go to use it a few days later, they’ve always lost their freshness and gone brown or dry.
Try instead keeping them in a sealed Tupperware container – putting all your herbs in the same one is fine. They will last three times as long when stored in this way.
