5 foods off the menu for new vegan Jennifer Lopez

19 MAY 2014 Jennifer Lopez has turned vegan. The 44-year-old star, who went vegetarian for a brief period some years ago, revealed her latest choice of diet in an interview with New York radio station Z100.

"Being vegan, it's basically no dairy, no meat, everything is plant-based and from the ground," explained the On The Floor singer, before revealing that, "Butter is the one thing I miss!"

She's already reaping the rewards of the vegan diet, which stars such as Ellen DeGeneres, Glee's Lea Michele, actress Olivia Wilde and Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto have all tried and tested.
