Week four in the Great British Bake Off marquee sees the remaining bakers cope with multitasking across several baking skills at once as they tackle a range of desserts on Wednesday evening.
For the signature challenge the baker hopefuls bake saucy puddings with delicate sponges and a gooey saucy filling, while sweet queen Mary Berry sets the group her tiramisu for the technical challenge.
As for the show-stopper? This week it's baked alaskas, made of cake, meringue and ice cream.
