Adam Richman will be a judge on the upcoming new TV show

Judge Mark – who honed his skills at Claridges before launching restaurants around the world – said: "It is without doubt the tastiest, most versatile and yet most natural cooking method there is. "To be part of the BBQ judging team alongside Adam Richman is brilliant and I can't wait to get stuck in to see what the competitors can do. "The show will see Adam tuck into BBQ delights, meaning he won't be on one of his perodical stints of eating vegan. He recently told HELLO! Online about the new healthy lifestyle that has seen him lose more than four stone. "I'm actually 100% vegan right now," he said earlier this year. "I've been vegan for the past three months, I do that periodically."
