Earlier this year Kelly Brook lost just over half a stone and three inches from her waist thanks to the New Atkins diet. Now the TV presenter and model, who is in the maintenance phase of her weight loss, has announced that she feels better than ever and has a new-found confidence in her body.

Speaking about her new low carb, low sugar lifestyle, the stunning brunette said: "I'm so happy with my results with Atkins and I can honestly say I have never felt better about my body.

Kelly, 35, has shared a look at her new diet with HELLO! Online with a break-down of what she eats in seven days. Expect to see the likes of an omelette and stuffed mushrooms for breakfast, and light lunches such as a tin of salmon with salad, or an avocado salsa wrap.

Dinner may be two legs of roasted chicken with spinach, courgette cake with tofu, or prawn curry.

New Atkins nutritional expert Linda O'Byrne explains how the diet works: "By reducing refined, starchy carbs, you will see a noticeable difference in reduced bloating within the first few days. Carbs make the body retain water, so by reducing the bad carbs from your diet, your stomach will be flatter by the end of the first week.
