Ingredients (Serves 2)
- Juice and zest of 1⁄2 lemon
- 15g/1⁄2oz icing sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 150g/5oz blueberries
- 2 x Munch Bunch Mega Pots Fromage Frais with Calci+
- Small handful of granola
Place the lemon juice and zest, icing sugar and water in a small pan and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bubble for 1 minute before adding the blueberries, then cook for 1-2 minutes until they are softening. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Layer the fromage frais and cooled berry mixture in 2 serving dishes or short tumblers. Top with a generous sprinkling of granola then simply dig in.
