Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 75g/3oz Macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 75g/3oz butter
- 2 ripe plums
- 2 slices of toast
Place the chopped nuts in a small pan and dryfry until they become golden in colour. Add the butter and stir with the nuts until melted.
Wash the plums, cut each one in half and remove the stones.
Once the butter is completely melted, add the plums to the pan and sauté for a further 3 minutes.
When the plums are tender, remove from the heat and serve on top of the toast, with the juices and nuts from the pan drizzled over.
