Ingredients (Makes 500ml/18fl oz)
- 2 red kiwifruit, peeled
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped
- 150ml/1⁄4pt cranberry juice
- 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Slices of red kiwifruit to serve
Put the kiwifruit and banana in a blender and whizz until smooth. With the motor running on low, gradually add the cranberry juice, followed by the yoghurt, to thicken.
Serve the smoothie immediately in tall tumblers, balancing a slice or two of red kiwifruit on the side of the glass to decorate.
