Ingredients (makes 16 bars)
Preheat the oven to 180°C, n350°F, Gas 4, and butter and line a 30cm by 20cm ovenproof dish.
Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan, add the remaining ingredients and mix together really well. Pour into the prepared dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool before turning out of the tray and cutting into rustic triangles. The bars will keep for a week in an airtight container.
