Hot smoked salmon pasta
hot smoked salmon makes a delicious addition to pasta

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 300g pasta shapes
- 100g sun dried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp capers
- 2 x Distinctly Scandinavia Hot Smoked Salmon Fillets, flaked
- 250g tub crème fraîche
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain and return to the pan. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together. Stir the crème fraîche mixture into the hot pasta and season to taste.
Serve with a fresh green salad salad.
