Runner bean and chorizo stew

  • 150g cherry toms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 cooking chorizo
  • olive oil
  • 300g runner beans
  • 1/2pt water or stock
Method

Sweat the onion in a pan until soft. Add the garlic and cherry tomatoes and allow to soften. Throw in the chorizo and runner beans. Stir to coat and add the stock and season. Cover and cook until the beans are tender.
