Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 3 tbsp Heinz Salad Cream with Cucumber and Dill
- 100g/4oz light cream cheese
- 4 bagels, cut in half
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 150g/5oz smoked salmon
- 40g/1½oz rocket leaves
Mix the salad cream with the cream cheese.
Cut the bagels in half and toast under a grill, cut sides up. Spread some salad cream and cream cheese mixture over each bagel half, then top with chopped dill, followed by smoked salmon and rocket.
Serve 2 bagel halves to each person.
