Turn your gluten-free Square Wrap into a quick and easy chargrilled chicken pizza.
2 Newburn Bakehouse Square Wraps
Chargrilled aubergines, red and yellow peppers
Spread a thin layer of tomato puree, or pasata if you prefer, onto a Newburn Bakehouse Square Wrap.
Top with cooked chicken, chargrilled vegetables, lots of mozzarella cheese, and mixed herbs.
Cook in a pre-heated oven (200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6) for 8-12 minutes.
Garnish with rocket leaves, if desired, and serve.
