Christmas Cranberry Muffins

Baking time: 25 minutes

300g (10 oz) plain flour
175g (6 oz) golden caster sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
100g (3 ½ oz) cranberries
½ teaspoon vanillaextract
175g (6 oz) Stork tub
5 tablespoons milk
3 eggs, medium

Mix together dry ingredients and add cranberries.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until just smooth.
Fill greased muffin tins or paper cases two-thirds full and bake in preheated oven 190°C, 170°C fan, Gas mark 5 for 20-25 minutes.
