Amid a blaze of flashbulbs and hordes of screaming fans desperate to catch a glimpse of the most famous sisters in the world, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian stepped out in London on Thursday night to launch their new clothing line at Dorothy Perkins. And the girls – minus Khloe, who is busy completing a hosting gig on the US X Factor — celebrated the arrival of the Kardashian Kollection to Britain in style, dressed up to the nines in all black, glittering ensembles as they joined billionaire retailer Phillip Green at exclusive restaurant Aqua on Argyll Street.

Stopping to chat on the red carpet, Kim revealed that despite being a fashion mogul, she can still fall victim to a fashion faux pas every now and then. "I look back at things from really recently and I'm like, 'Oh my God, why did I wear that, what was I thinking?" she candidly revealed. "It's fun. You see what you like and what you don't and experiment." But she also revealed that her megastar boyfriend Kanye West approves of Kim's wardrobe: "He likes the way I dress," she said. Inside, the sisters had hired a crew of Kardashian lookalike models to show off the collection. Channelling Kim with a scraped back ponytail and smokey eye make-up, the gaggle of gorgeous girls paraded around in the outfits.

Oozing the ladies' signature high-octane glamour style, the line features a series of figure-hugging party dresses and a great deal of leopard print. Kourtney’s bohemian chic is found in floaty drape sleeve blouses, while Kim’s red carpet glamour arrives in 'look at me' dresses. And Khloe's edgier dressing sees playful prints and a mix of textures.

"We can't wait to see the reaction," the trio's co-designer Bruno Schiavi told HELLO! Online in an exclusive interview. Fans will no doubt flock to pick up a piece of the ladies' style. But just how do the Kardashians weave their Midas touch into the threads? Cast your mind back to Kim front row at the globe's fashion weeks and you have the seeds of inspiration. "We start by looking at what fashions the girls are loving or upcoming trends they think are hot," Bruno reveals. "The girls go to various fashion shows and I look at what's happening on the runways around the world. We'll then decide on the key shapes for the season. For example, how many dresses or blazers do we want for this collection? "Following that is the actual design of the garments. The girls want to accentuate certain parts of their body and make sure that we cater to every size that's out there. You know, Khloe's tall, Kourtney's petite and Kim is curvaceous. They each have different body types that we represent in each line."

He is also confident that there is something in the line for everyone: "Having worked with the girls closely, I feel that there are great outfits for every occasion. "Key party must haves include the black or red ottoman dress, the sequin jacket and gold bodycon bandage dress, as well as the lace panel pencil skirt, satin trim city shorts and the leopard print mini dress. "For more daytime looks the Kourtney, Kim and Khloé jeans are perfect for every shape and can be worn with a tailored blazer and beautiful lace shoulder detail blouse."
