Kate Moss unveiled her new collection of accessories for Carphone Warehouse during an intimate lunch yesterday with celeb pals Sadie Frost, Jamie Winstone, Nick Grimshaw and Pixie Geldof.Held at London's lavish Ivy Club, supermodel Kate looked stunning at the event to celebrate her collaboration with the high street retailer.

The 39-year-old wore a black Prada dress with a zip-up front and a full skirt that blew up in the wind as Kate stepped out of the car.Talking about her new venture with Vogue, Kate said, "I was inspired by all the things that I love. It was very much about the texture and the detail – a star, a stud, some leather.""They approached me," she added. "I looked into it and I realised that there was nothing else like it out there – there was nothing that I liked, anyway, nothing really luxury, nothing really chic."

The collection draws inspiration from the style icon’s own wardrobe, capturing her classic, understated style in a range of leather and metallic cases for the latest phones and tablets.

Following months of secret development working with Carphone Warehouse’s design team, the highly-anticipated range pioneers a new category, dubbed 'fashion tech'.Highlights include a patent crocodile skin design with gold embellishment that Kate designed around her favourite vintage lighter; a bold metallic, star case that was inspired by a diamond necklace from Kate’s jewellery box; and the simple anchor emblem taken from a tattoo on her wrist that has become her personal monogram across the whole range.

"The range is a reflection of my personal style and every piece was inspired by something I already own and wear," Kate said in a statement. "After spending time designing each piece individually, I’ve loved seeing the range and my vision come to life".Julian Diment, Marketing Director at Carphone Warehous, said, "We're excited to see our customers’ reaction when the range goes on sale next week. We know they've been waiting for a credible fashion line for their phones and Kate has really delivered. Our design team is already hard at work with Kate on the next collection, and exploring the full potential of 'fashion tech'."Prices start from £14.99 for a smartphone case (designs available for iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S4), up to £49.99 for a large tablet cover.

An exclusive preview sale of the collection will start for Carphone Warehouse Facebook fans on 24th July, as well as 10 select stores. The Kate Moss Accessories Collection will then be available nationwide and online at CarphoneWarehouse.com from 31st July.
