There's little doubt that Brad Pitt has a face for film, but the chisel-jawed star has recently been seduced by British radio. The hunky actor is set to make his debut as a presenter with an hour-long programme about tragic British musician Nick Drake.

The renowned singer-songwriter was just 26 when he died in 1974, but his reputation as one of the music world's most respected figures lives on. "I was introduced to Nick Drake's music about five years ago and I am a huge admirer," says Brad.

Jennifer Aniston's other half is currently working with George Clooney on the film Ocean's Twelve. But he took time out from the production to record the hour-long tribute to his musical hero. And Radio 2 controller Lesley Douglas is clearly delighted the silver screen star agreed to participate.

"I am thrilled Brad will present what promises to be a unique and unmissable profile of the life and music of Nick Drake," she said. Lost Boy will be broadcast at 9pm on Saturday, May 22 on Radio 2.
