The star couple released the picture of Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge with their big brother, six-year-old James Wilke looking on protectively.
Their birth last Monday to a surrogate mum marks the end of what has been, at times, a heartrending process for the Sex And The City actress. She recently spoke candidly of her difficulty in bearing another child after James.
Then during the pregnancy, Sarah had to deal with hurtful comments about the lifestyle of their surrogate, former barmaid Michelle Ross.
But all these worries melted away when they set eyes on the little girls. On announcing their arrival on June 22, a spokesman said: "Both Hodge and Elwell are family names on Parker's side. The babies are doing beautifully and the entire family is over the moon."
