The killer heels, the fabulous designer dress and fly away blonde locks – it can only mean one thing. TV's most famous shoe addict Carrie Bradshaw is back.
Sarah Jessica Parker, the actress who plays the iconic New York columnist, was on stunning form in gold five-inch, crystal-entrusted Christian Louboutins and a sheer white number on the set of the new Sex And The City movie.
While actor Chris Noth – Mr Big to SATC fans – said the producers were "probably thinking" about introducing babies into Carrie's life, dressed like this she looked a million miles away from nappy duty.
Actress Sarah is, of course, more than au fait with the life of a mum. She and fellow thesp Matthew Broderick have a six-year-old son James and recently celebrated the arrival of twin girls, with the help of a surrogate mother.
Her return to work comes just ten weeks after the birth of Marion and Tabitha.
Onlookers cheered as she arrived for the first day of filming. The sequel – out in May 2010 – will be "very different" from the first movie, predicted Kristin Davis, who plays Park Avenue princess, Charlotte.
The remaining members of the Cosmopolitan-sipping quartet, actresses Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall are also reprising their roles.
