Though David Tennant and Georgia Moffett usually try to keep a low-profile, the couple did have a rare public outing this week for the opening night of John Simm's new play.
Even so the 24-year-old actress kept in the background at the presentation of detective drama Speaking In Tongues.
Georgia's discretion allowed her boyfriend to soak up the limelight with his friends, John, the star of the show, and Life on Mars actor Philip Glenister.
After the production at London's Duke of York theatre, the 38-year-old Time Lord and his girl were seen slipping out hand-in-hand and laughing.
A year and a half after meeting on the set of Doctor Who when she played his character's daughter, the pair seem to be going strong.
Their ease around each other suggests the relationship has the approval of her father Peter Davison - who played the fifth incarnation of the Doctor in the Eighties - and Tyler, her seven-year-old son.
