Super dad Hugh Jackman really is a child at heart. If he’s not having snowball fights or playing on a climbing frame in New York with his kids, he’s larking around with them on the beach in Rio de Janeiro.
On Monday, the Australian actor was having fun splashing around with Oscar, nine, and four-year-old Ava while taking a break from filming a commercial.
The beefy star was no doubt in a hurry to cool off. Earlier in the day he had had to don a black dinner jacket in the 32°C heat to shoot a scene with Mexican actress Ana de la Reguera.
Having just signed a multi-million-pound, three-year deal to be the new face of Lipton Ice Tea, the 41-year-old is spending a week in Rio shooting the campaign.
And the devoted dad has brought his whole family along – wife Deborra-Lee Furness and the two children – to keep him company.
The family are staying in the luxury Copocabana Palace hotel, which overlooks Rio’s famous Copocabana beach.
Since arriving, Hugh and his brood have been spotted enjoying typical Brazilian cuisine in the swanky Ipanema district, not to mention putting in more beach time.
Following the shoot Hugh is expected to whiz off to join Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson and British actress Rachel Weisz to start filming western Unbound Captives.
