Her finely toned figure has made Jennifer Aniston the envy of women half her age. The actress has long been a devotee of yoga, which she credits with helping her maintain her beautiful body, and now she has revealed the ancient practice is also the perfect way to de-stress ahead of her wedding day.
As she prepares to tie the knot with Justin Theroux, the star, 44, said that yoga is helping her to keep calm. "Yoga kinds helps you prepare for everything," she told E!. "Honestly it's like meditation. It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable."

Jennifer was speaking at the launch of her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber's new book, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover.
She also revealed how much her body has changed since taking up the discipline. "We were a lot rounder," she said. "We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs."
That's not to say that Jen doesn't occasionally indulge herself now. "Cheat days for me are usually… It's Mexican food… Maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation."
The Wanderlust actress and Mandy train together at least three times a week, and Jen credits the yoga guru for honing her physique. "That was always my 'Ugh', my legs," she revealed. "That's why I credit her for them - with yoga.
Jennifer's comments about staying calm before her big day come as it's revealed she found her wedding to Brad Pitt pretty stressful.
The Hollywood A-listers tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in 2000 at an estimated cost of $1million. This time around looks set to be a little more relaxed.
Wedding planner Kevin Lee, who worked on Jen's first wedding and is reportedly helping organise her nuptials to Justin Theroux, told Grazia. "They won't be blowing millions on an over-the-top wedding with hundreds of people they barely know. Brad wanted that when she married him, and she got caught up in having a huge day."
''It was ultimately so stressful that she couldn't really take time to enjoy it. So it's going to be small and low-key so they feel relaxed.''
''She's so in love she's found her soulmate, and really, that's all that matters."
He added: ''It's about celebrating and spending time with family and their closest friends. There will be a meaningful ceremony with heartfelt, loving vows and a wonderful meal. Jen's pure class and style, so expect lots of sweet, romantic touches.''
