Emmy Awards 2013: List of nominees

The nominations for the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards have been announced.The good and the great of the industry have been recognised on the star-studded list of nominees including Damian Lewis, Kevin Spacey, Al Pacino and Dame Helen Mirren.Michael Douglas and Matt Damon will go head to head for the Outstanding Lead Actor gongs for their performances in Behind the Candelabra, which was released in the US as a TV film.

Some of this year's favourite series are in with a chance of scooping an award are Downton Abbey, Girls, Modern Family, Game of Thrones, Homeland, Breaking Bad and Mad Men.The winners will be revealed at the glittering 22 September ceremony at the Nokia Theatre, LA.HELLO! Online lists the top nominations ahead of the prestigious ceremony.
