Jennifer Lawrence has revealed that she has given her Oscar statuette to her parents because she didn't like it being in her LA home. Jennifer, who won the Academy Award for Best Actress in February, said she felt the trophy gave out a "weird energy" and has since sent it to live with her family. "My parents took it back to Kentucky," said Jennifer, who had been displaying the award in the hallway by her bathroom. "I felt odd having it, like, on display in my house. "If anybody's coming over to my house, I didn't want them to remember that. Just kind of puts a weird energy out."

Jennifer, 22, whose Oscar came courtesy of her starring role in Silver Linings Playbook alongside Bradley Cooper, added that it was her mum who finally removed the golden statue. "My mum was like, 'I'm taking it. It shouldn't be here," said Jennifer. "And now it's on a piano in Kentucky!"Jennifer's revelations about her coveted award come at the same time as news that she has rekindled her romance with British actor Nicholas Hoult. The pair reunited on the set of the new X-Men film in Canada. Rumours of a reunion had been flying about for months as the couple grew closer during the filming of the sequel, X-Men: Days of Future Past. Jennifer and co-star Nicholas, 23, dated for two years before distance and their successful careers drove them apart in January 2013."They started the shoot in April as friends, and then one day they just started kissing," an insider told US Weekly. "One thing led to another and they hooked up. All her old feelings came rushing back. Now they're fully back on."  The couple have been almost inseparable on the Montreal set of the new X-Men film and are said to have been visiting each other's trailers and eating lunch together off-set.Nicholas was spotted on a walk around Montreal with Jennifer and her family earlier this month.Despite trying to keep their relationship quiet in Montreal, both actors have homes in Los Angeles and enjoyed a romantic dinner at The Little Door restaurant in West Hollywood in April.
