The Kardashians' 'momager' took to Twitter and Facebook to deny false whispers about the programme.
"Rumors flying about our show are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!," she wrote.
The show finished its six-week run last week and the father of Kris' granddaughter, Kanye West, made an appearance for the finale.
Kanye's hour-long interview saw a record number of viewers tune in to catch a glimpse of his and Kim Kardashian's adorable baby girl North West, known as "Nori" to her parents, being introduced to the world.
The show has had the support of Kris' daughters and other family members from the beginning.
Kris teased viewers ahead of the show, hinting that her family members might appear.
"I think everybody, depending on what's going on in their universe, will come on and pay a little visit here and there," the 57-year-old said.
"That's just the natural order of things in my house. It's like, 'OK, mom's got a new project'" to support."
After the six-week run, Khloe praised the show on her blog. "I can't believe today is the season FINALE of Kris! Being able to see my mom do her thang and host her own talk show was a dream and she couldn't have done a better job!"
"She is the hardest working lady in the business and I am so proud of everything she put into making this show a hit!!!"
Kim Kardashian echoed the sentiment. "I couldn't be more proud of all the hard work my mom has put into this show. It had always been a dream of hers to have a talk show and being able to see her in her element these past weeks was amazing!"
"I want to be an inspiration to somebody," Kris said before the show aired. "I want to empower people, especially young women , to feel like they can go out and get it and follow their dream and be successful at any age."
