"It just gets more and more dramatic," promised the 25-year-old ladies man, who admitted that the BAFTA-winning reality show "escalates each series".
"I personally think the storylines that have naturally fallen into place this series are the best so far — people have made some real mistakes and it's been pretty fun filming about it!"
Spencer also said that the public perception of some of the MIC cast will "drastically change" this year.
"Some people that were perceived in a certain way will not be perceived that way any more," he told Digital Spy. "I'm not talking about myself!"
In the build-up to the new series, Spencer has been showing off the results of his recent dramatic weight loss.
After taking part in The Blenheim Palace 10k charity run at the weekend, the star was seen lifting up his vest to show off his toned abs.
It's little wonder he is so pleased with his new physique. Since the end of the last series, Spencer has lost 25lbs after taking part in a special boot camp.
"The weight just creeps up on me," Spencer previously said. "I woke up one day, looked in the mirror and though, 'Oh great, I'm fat again.'"
Made in Chelsea returns for its sixth series on Monday, October 14 at 10pm.
