Orlando Bloom has been awarded a Hollywood Walk of Fame star, and brought along his young son to celebrate.
The Lord of the Rings actor wore a royal blue suit with a white shirt and no tie to the Los Angeles ceremony, which unveiled the 2,521st star, following Kate Winslet’s star in March.
The producer of the Walk of Fame, Ana Martinez, had said of Orlando: "We are thrilled to be honouring one of the most popular actors of our time. His fans from around the world are going to be very excited about this ceremony."
The 37-year-old’s three-year-old son Flynn wore a casual blue pinstripe shirt with jeans, and kept close to his father, hugging his legs and keeping a firm hold of the award.
Orlando split from Flynn’s mother Miranda Kerr at the end of 2013 after three years of marriage.
Orlando has previously spoken out about his desire to stay close to his son, speaking candidly about the couple's "amicable" separation and adding that they would continue to put their three-year-old son Flynn first.
The Hobbit actor shares parental responsibilities with his estranged wife and is determined for Flynn to grow up feeling loved and nurtured.
"I want to be in his life and have as much input and influence on his life as I can," said Orlando.
Bumping into Miranda on camera at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-part in March, the actor said "Hi. You look amazing," to his ex-wife, as he gave her a peck on the cheek.
Having wrapped up a stint on Broadway in Romeo and Juliet, Orlando recently opened up on love following their split.
"I'm completely in love with the idea of love. Maybe I'm all misty about it because I'm playing Romeo," he had said.
