He left EastEnders five years ago and, in that time, Charlie Clements has changed a lot. The actor, who played Bradley Branning in the BBC One soap, debuted his new look on Wednesday during an appearance on ITV's Loose Women.

Fans of EastEnders will remember Charlie's shocking last scenes well Bradley slipping from a roof and plunging to his death, after being accused of murdering evil Archie Mitchell.

But as he prepares for a new role, Charlie, 28, looks worlds away from Walford.

But he showed off a very different look on Loose Women

Discussing his exit from EastEnders, Charlie said: "I don't regret it. By leaving it's allowed me to do other things. I had a great time on the show when I was there but it was time to go. I've been acting since I was four. EastEnders was a job I had when I was 18."

Charlie also revealed details of his challenging new role, admitting he isn't the only actor who played Henry VIII for the show. He continued: "I go from 17 to 46, if I remember rightly. That whole period in history is so other worldly, it is so fascinating that you read about it and can't believe it actually happened. "He added: "[Henry] is often seen as this tyrant, but when he was younger he was a man who loved being in love."
