She is a proud mother to three young children, and Holly Willoughby was unable to hide her delight as she was introduced to the first ever First Dates baby on Tuesday's This Morning. The 38-year-old was overcome with emotion as she cuddled three-week-old Aziza while she stood alongside co-host Phillip Schofield. "Look what I've got," the TV star remarked. "She's never going back! Look! She's like a little dumpling on my shoulder."

Phillip, 55, then warned her not to cry, but Holly replied: "No, I can't help it. She's so sweet, so sweet. It just feels nice." Aziza's parents, Ibiba Mudada and Aarron Stewart - who met on the Channel 4 dating show, First Dates - appeared on the programme to talk about their relationship. The new mother confessed their baby was a "surprise". She revealed: "I was really shocked and under prepared. But when I told [Aarron] I said there’s only two options; I do it by myself or we do it together." She added: "He was amazing, he's been the best support to me from the beginning."

EXCLUSIVE: Holly talks being mum to children Harry, Belle and Chester

Holly, who shares Harry, eight, Belle, six, and two-year-old Chester with husband Dan Baldwin, recently admitted she won't be having more children any time soon. She said on the show: "When the kids were young we found it really, really hard to have date nights. We used to make the time in our own house, when the kids went to bed, to sit down properly and lay the table, even just have a glass of wine together. It's important to just chat." The mother-of-three continued: "It's not big romantic gestures, it's those little things that are more important."
