Known for having flawless sense of fashionable know-how, it's hardly ever surprising when one of Kate Middleton's dresses, shirt or bag sells out just moments after the style icon has been spotted wearing them out in public.
Her Chelsea blown dried locks are equally coveted by fans but now it seems that Kate's facial features are to follow the trend with the royal's nose making it as the biggest current craze in cosmetic surgery.
The New York Daily News recently reported a dramatic increase of women on the other side of the Atlantic requesting plastic surgeons to create a royal-worthy nose like Kate's straight and feminine looking number.
Manhattan's Dr Stephen Greenberg said he started getting the requests a few months ago and the procedure has been growing in popularity ever since with 20 more women currently lined up to go under the knife.
"It has become so popular that we have made a file of a dozen Kate Middleton pictures to show patients when they come in for their consultation," Dr Greenberg said.
And the royal treatment doesn't come cheap, with each cosmetic procedure costing the patient around $7,000 (£4,641) for the full deal.
Lenox Hill Hospital's Dr Thomas Romo told the Daily News the Duchess' nose has a certain allure for more mature women in her age bracket who identify with Kate's personality.
"Women, especially over the age of 28, want the nose of a woman who is regal, refined and strong," he said, referring to the royal's idealised characteristics.
Jessica Blaier who has already endured the operation a year ago says she loves the Kate Middleton look and is more than impressed with the result.
"The goal was to have my new nose look natural," she says. "So when people don't notice it, that's a good thing. But I know that my nose was modelled by Kate Middleton, and that's what is most important."
