Having trouble sleeping? Make your last snack before bed a piece of turkey and a glass of milk – they contain tryptophan, which helps in the production of serotonin to calm the brain. Chlorophyll-rich foods such as leafy greens are helpful, too. So add spinach to the turkey which, incidentally, is more effective on an empty stomach – and it'll give you a dose of extra iron, too.
