The UK has been swept up in Olympic fever for the past fortnight, leaving many of us eager to get out there and get fit.
But now it's all over, some people may be lacking the motivation to exercise that we had while watching the world's finest athletes perform every day.
Luckily, London-based hypnotherapist Claire Benson has forseen this problem – and has created a brand new Hypnogogo recording exclusively for readers of HELLO! Online, to help motivate us to make exercise part of our routines.
"The idea for this recording has been bubbling inside me for a long time," explains Claire, who has previously released various Hypnogogo and Hypnogoslow 'moving meditations'.
So what was the inspiration behind it? "In a complete moment of what can best be described as madness I decided to see if I could run 10K every day for 100 days," she explains.
"During this challenge there were times when getting up and running was very easy and there were times when it was unbelievably hard. It was during one of those hard times I thought a hypnotic recording to help get me up and moving would be really useful.
"So I recorded this and it really did help, I hope it makes getting up and exercising easier for you too.
She continues: "I work with women who want to reduce their weight and want to increase their confidence. Without exception I encourage them to take more exercise because it makes you feel good both mentally and physically.
"Interestingly the more we exercise the more we love it because it releases endorphins or happy hormones into our bodies so we get a natural high.
"This is nature's way of telling you to do more of it! So, this recording will help get you started and give you a little boost to get going if you feel demotivated."
Claire advises that the best time to listen to this recording is the evening before exercising. "It might also help to have your kit (if you need it) sorted the night before too – don't let any obstacles stand in your way of success!" she recommends.
