Jumeirah Carlton Tower is offering an exclusive Fitness Retreat at The Peak Health Club & Spa in London this summer.

Available from 11 to 13 July and 25 to 27 July, the retreat equips guests with ‘take home’ tools to enhance physical and mental performance and support ongoing wellness. The weekend sessions provide a unique, inspirational and educational fitness retreat in the heart of London.

Guests arrive on a Friday afternoon to be greeted by fitness experts from The Peak and ‘Commando Active’ who will join them on a brisk walk through Hyde Park.

After a good night’s rest at the luxurious Jumeirah Carlton Tower, guests can choose from a variety of detoxifying smoothies before establishing their fitness goals over a nutritious breakfast.

Following ‘Core and Abs’ and ‘Leg Circuit’ classes, guests will unwind with a relaxing massage before a nutritional workshop. After a private dining experience in The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant guests can retire in their rooms for a second night. On Sunday morning, there will be boxing, Thai Yoga and self defence classes followed by a motivational talk providing everyone with information and skills to continue to strive towards their fitness goals.

The Peak Health Club & Spa offers state-of-the-art facilities, a fully equipped gym and aerobics studio, sauna, steam room, a golf simulator, award-winning spa and a 20-metre indoor swimming pool. Located on the ninth floor of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, the Peak also offers guests spectacular views across London during their workout.
