Megan Fox has opened up about her tough exercise regime and how she stays in shape.
It may be hard to believe that the 28-year-old actress gave birth to her second child Bodhi in February, but Megan admitted that she pulls out all the stops when it comes to maintaining her flawless figure.
"I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates," she told E! Online. "No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day."

Megan added: "I don't have any cheat days. But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."
The Transformers star, who was speaking at a movie premiere in Westwood, California on Sunday, flaunted her post-baby body in a white minidress.
"I exercise really hard twice a week," she said. "I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here. I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training."

Megan, who is married to actor Brian Austin Green, welcomed her son Bohdi just 17 months after giving birth to the couple's first child Noah in September 2012.
Both babies were surprises, Megan has admitted, with her second pregnancy happening two weeks into filming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
"I spent the whole shoot basically [being nauseous]," said the raven-haired beauty on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "[I was] running, jumping, fighting. Saying things like, 'Show me what you got Shredder!' Stuff like that, so all the fun things you want to do when you're pregnant."

Megan and Brian, who married in an intimate beach ceremony in Maui in 2010, often keep their private life out of the limelight. When they became parents for the first time, the couple kept their baby news a secret for a few weeks, with Megan announcing the birth on Facebook.
"We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do," she wrote. "I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.
"We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love," she added.
