Summer starts now! Virgin Active is giving members the chance to get in tip-top shape ahead of the holiday season, both physically and holistically. With a selection of energy-fuelled classes, everyone will get the chance to sweat it out and rediscover fun ways to make sure you reach your desired goal. 3. Calm RestorativeBe mindful this summer and look after your body as well as your mind. This practice relaxes and rebalances body and mind. It combines deep breathing with long, easy holds, often supported by props. The perfect complement to a workout or a hectic schedule, it's a great way to switch off and let go.

4. Anti-Gravity YogaHammocks are not just for holidays. Escape the world safely suspended in a super strong, silky ribbon that envelops your body like a protective cocoon. Feel a sense of calm as you gently sway a few feet above the ground doing graceful yoga poses. Work your core like never before, strengthen arms and tone legs. You will have so much fun hanging upside down, you will forget you are working out.
