How the Victoria's Secret angels stay in shape
Alessandra combines regular cardio from indoor cycling with Capoeira, a Brazilian martial arts that combine elements of dance and music.
The mum of two recently said that she stayed active during both her pregnancies, which helped her to ping back into shape.
"I was playing a lot of volleyball on the beach, swimming and running after my kids," she said. "And breastfeeding always helps [with pregnancy weight loss]."
As soon as the doctor gave her the green light to start exercising again, she also began a yoga routine, and later on added daily Pilates and spinning workouts. Photo: © Getty Images
