Olympic hero Mo Farah, chart-toppers JLS, pop sensation Leona Lewis and England football captain Steven Gerrard are just some of the big names who have joined forces to applaud Britain's bravest children.
They are all showing their support for Cancer Research UK's Little Star Awards, which launched this week in partnership with TK Maxx.
From Wednesday November 14, relatives and friends of young cancer patients or survivors across the UK are being urged to nominate them for a Little Star award in the run-up to Christmas.
Unlike other awards ceremonies, there is no judging panel – each nominee will receive a trophy, a £50 TK Maxx gift card and a certificate signed by the stars involved.
And members of the public can get involved too; simply make a donation at cruk.org/littlestar or text STAR58 £5’ to 70070 to donate £5 from your phone bill (text donations are free from any network and 100 per cent of the donation will go to the charity).
Every year around 1,600 children are diagnosed with cancer – so it really is a worthwhile cause.
