As Kate Middleton settles into her new role as a royal mum, HELLO! Online rounds up some of the most inspiring celebrity reactions to motherhood over the past year. "Everyone says it's the best thing and it really is! I was torn leaving her this morning. It's the first time I've left her properly, but I'm rushing home after this!" Rochelle Humes gushes about motherhood following the birth of daughter Alaia-Mai in May 2013."These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life. I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family." Kim Kardashian reflects on the birth of her daughter North in June 2013.

"It takes some adjusting, but it is so, so wonderful. My son is so beautiful, I love him so much. But before you have children, you have got to make sure you've got a great man."
