Wearing skinny jeans, high heels, and grey jumper which read 'Explore, Inner Peace, Meditate' Christina posed with her fiancé Matt Rutler who carefully placed his hand over the growing bump.
She posted the picture on Twitter with the caption: "Baby loves NYC".
Christina had been remaining quiet on the pregnancy but she confirmed the pregnancy in March on stage in Malaysia.
Afterwards she tweeted: "Ain’t no other fans… Thank you Malaysia for all the love & support! XoXtina"
The 33-year-old and Matt became engaged on Valentine’s Day this year, and Christina announced their engagement via Twitter.
"He asked and I said….," she wrote alongside a sweet photo of her diamond-adorned hand holding film producer Matt's in front of a romantic beach setting.
Reportedly Matt spent over a year preparing his heart-warming proposal, putting a lot of thought into the design of the elaborate ring.
He had had it ready for months but was waiting for the right time to propose.
A coach on the US version of The Voice, Christina already has a six-year-old son named Max from her first marriage to Jordan Bratman.
