The new mum revealed the happy news on her website: "Jared and I have been blessed with the new love of our lives. Ava Grace Pobre was born at home on Wednesday, August 20th," she wrote.
"We've never experienced a level of joy and happiness like this before! Thank you so much for all of the special wishes and positive energy."
Throughout her pregnancy, 34-year-old Stacy kept active, crediting her pilates routine with keeping the nine months problem-free.
Stacy and Jared Pobre married earlier this year
The WWE diva told People: "I haven’t had one day where I’ve been sick or tired.
"I've had so much energy, but I'm very conscious of making sure I work out every day and eating healthy, so I really, truly believe that’s a big part of it."
It's been a whirlwind year for Stacy, who ended her relationship with George in July 2013. A few months later she began dating 39-year-old Jared, the founder and CEO of a media company called Future Ads.
It was clear that the duo had a special relationship when the handsome entrepreneur threw his girl a Bond-themed party for her birthday on 14 October. The bash, which featured Bond girls covered in gold paint like Shirley Eaton in Goldfinger, came after a fun-filled European vacation in Paris and Amsterdam.
The excited birthday girl tweeted at the time: "Thank u #MrBond for the best #Birthday week of my life. #JamesBondTheme #CostumeParty #Memories."
Stacy split from George in July 2013 and soon after she met Jared
Love blossomed following a longstanding friendship - which perhaps explains why they felt sure enough of their feelings to get married right away.
The couple tied the knot in a discreet but joyful wedding ceremony in March this year. They only told their nearest and dearest of plans to tie the knot on the flight over to Mexico. Soon afterwards, the newlyweds confirmed Stacy's pregnancy with a sweet instagram picture.
Having found love herself, the new mum has said she wishes her former beau George "nothing but happiness" following the news that he is engaged to marry British barrister Amal Alamuddin.
