The actress was a guest on The Late Late Show on Wednesday when the host, Craig Ferguson, joked: "It's not long now!"
"No, I still have a ways to go," Zoe replied.
"We have maybe eight more weeks or something. I feel great."
During the show, Craig offered the 36-year-old actress a food tray for which Zoe thanked him, admitting, "I'm hungry all the time!" while Craig also complimented Zoe's appearance.
"The best thing a pregnant woman can hear is the word 'sexy," the movie star said.
"It's like, 'Oh, you think I'm sexy? Yes! I'm sexy.' You know?"
Zoe was on the show to promote her new film The Book of Life, which she premiered in Los Angeles in Tuesday.
At the event Zoe was seen cradling her bump as she leaned back into Marco's arms and was seen smiling and laughing with him.
On Wednesday it was confirmed that Zoe and her husband Marco Perego are set to welcome two blue bundles of joy.
Numerous sources in the US have confirmed that Zoe is pregnant with twin boys. "She is beside herself happy over it all," one insider told People.
Zoe's friend and Crossroads co-star Britney Spears was first to let it slip that Zoe was preparing for double the fun.
Asked if she and Zoe would ever make another film together, the singer replied, "Who knows? That's a very good idea. But she's pregnant with twins right now. So I'm sure she's got a huge future ahead of her."
