Abbey Clancy is now a mother of two! The gorgeous model, who is married to football star Peter Crouch, has given birth to a baby girl and announced the happy news on Twitter.

Abbey welcomed her second daughter on Monday 1 June and having spent the first night bonding with her little one, the TV presenter decided to share the news with her fans online – and reveal her baby's beautiful name.

"My Liberty Rose Crouch born last night 6lb8 #perfectlittleprincess," wrote Abbey.

She accompanied the post with a photo of herself cradling baby Liberty Rose, who was sweetly wrapped up in a blanket. Clearly in high spirits, Abbey followed it up with an amusing comment, writing "God help my @petercrouch surrounded by girls xx" alongside a string of jokey-faced emoticons.

The couple are already parents to four-year-old daughter Sophia, but it sounds like Abbey and Peter won't be stopping at two children.

Speaking exclusively to HELLO! Online when she was pregnant for a second time, Abbey said: "Peter and I want a big family. I'm used to that, because I'm one of four children."

"I've already had a girl so I'm happy," the British beauty, 29, added. "I don't mind what we have next, whether it's a boy or a girl, just as long as it's a healthy baby."

Her Stoke City husband will no doubt be thrilled to welcome another little princess, although Peter has revealed in the past that he would love to have a baby boy.

"We're not going to find out the sex of the baby – with Sophia we left it a surprise," Peter wrote in his Loaded magazine column. "Either would be brilliant. But, I will say, I've got a lot of girls in my house, so it would be great to have a little lad to take to football."

Following the arrival of his second baby, the 34-year-old shared the same photo of Abbey and baby Liberty Rose on Twitter, writing: "So pleased to welcome liberty rose to our family mummy and baby doing great xx".
