The Strictly Come Dancing champion's perfect pins no doubt contributed to her being named the new face of Veet
We've just caught up with Strictly Come Dancing champion Alesha Dixon after she's been announced as the 'face' of Veet (although we know they were really after her pins!) to find out what she's up to and how she continues to look so amazing.
Alesha told us she's putting the finishing touches to her new album which is due out in November, although she's struggling over which of two of the tracks to release as a single. Her favourite is a track called The Boy Does Nothing, which is about dancing and is tongue-in-cheek. She'll also be appearing on the first show of this year's Strictly, reminding us why she won last year.
Alesha's favourite product in the Veet range is Veet In Shower Cream, £5.99, which you simply apply before getting in the shower and sponge off while you're under the water for smooth, hair-free legs. Alesha says she's not particularly hairy, though, and uses it only once every ten days or so.
To create that lovely sheen on her smooth skin, Alesha uses almond oil. And to keep the skin on her face looking similarly smooth and glowing, she swears by Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream, £25 and Hydrating Face Cream, £29 (visit www.bobbibrown.co.uk for stockists).
"It makes your skin feel amazing and smells like when you go for a facial. Normally I chop and change my face creams but I've stuck with these for a few months now. And I love MAC Lipgloss in Ample, £10.50 (call 0870 0342676 for stockists)."
Alesha Dixon is the face and legs of the new, improved Veet collection and the new Veet Debut range, available in major retailers nationwide.
